Breast Cancer: Impaired immunity and Unhealthy system.

Nutrition and Detoxification: 

Risk reduction with natural products:

Increase Vitamin D3 levels to 60-80 (60% reduction)

Green Tea 3 X day (50% reduction)

Avoid high blood sugars from excessive high glycemic carbohydrates.  Sugar appears to feed cancer cells. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.  A natural substitute would be Stevia.

Use pH paper and create alkalinity surrounding the cells of your body: Cancer cells thrive in an acid environmentA meat-based diet is acidic, so check your urine alkalinity after consuming meat to adjust the amount of meat intake while maintaining alkalinity. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and some fruit fruit help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans.

Take vegetable juices and Pancreatic enzymes between meals: Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells, drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day.  Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C). 

Betaine HCl capsule trial: Adequate stomach HCl will increase pancreatic enzyme production. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat and increasing enzyme intake, it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells. 

Exercise daily for your oxygen transport and lymphatic drainage for immune cell transport through the body: Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level.

1. No plastic containers in microwave. 

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

ADDENDUM: Chemicals and Breast Cancer

Many environmental toxins are being found to harmfully stimulate estrogen receptors in breast tissues. PCB’s, a chemical compound related to PCBE’s, have been shown by Johns Hopkins University researchers to concentrate in breast tissue and to selectively activate the enzyme that favors 4-hydroxylation of estradiol over 2-hydroxylation of estradiol. The 4-hydroxylation of estradiol creates highly toxic metabolites that can damage DNA and lead to breast cancer.

Xenohormones are environmental agents that block, mimic or change the effects of your own hormonal system, thereby possibly “throwing off” the delicate and important balance of your hormone system. Xenohormones include:

a)   petrochemically derived pesticides, herbicides and fungicides

b)   car exhaust

c)   dry-cleaning chemicals, except for newer, non-toxic ones

d)   nearly all plastics

e)   pthalates, which are the synthetic compound that adds flexibility to plastics

f)    waste from sewage treatment plants that contain nonylphenols, the breakdown products of common detergents

g)   solvents and adhesives

h)   emulsifiers and waxes found in common soaps and cosmetics

And many, many, more.

Many of these compounds activate the CYP-1B1 enzyme of the liver, which converts estrogens to 4-hydroxy-estrogens, the bad estrogens that can damage DNA and lead to breast cancer.

You now measure your 4-hydroxy-estrogens at your doctor’s.

Progesterone inhibits the activity of CYP-1B1, which supports our practice of evaluating estrogen and progesterone balance in the battle for women’s health and detoxification

Dioxin chemicals can contribute to breast cancer.

Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Do not eat food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. The combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.

Instead, use glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning  Ware, etc.

Plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
